Return, Exchange and Warranty Policy

 

Online, In-Store and Event Purchases

At Powerlace, our customers are at the heart of every decision we make. This return, exchange and warranty policy applies to all Powerlace purchases, whether made online, in store or at one of our events, and is designed to ensure a simple, clear and fair experience for everyone.


Important – Single Procedure for Returns, Exchanges and Warranty Claims

To ensure consistent and efficient handling:

  • No exchanges or refunds are processed directly at our St-Bruno store, nor at any other retail location where Powerlace shoes are sold.

  • All return, exchange, refund and warranty requests must be initiated through our customer service team.

No return, exchange or warranty claim can be processed on site without prior authorization from our customer service team.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date or shipping date, as applicable.

  • The first size exchange is free, subject to product availability.

  • Starting with the second exchange, a fixed fee of $15 applies to cover shipping or handling costs.


Returns (Refunds)

  • A refund to the original method of payment is available within 10 days of the purchase date or shipping date, as applicable.

  • A fixed fee can apply to all refunds to cover shipping or restocking costs.

  • Between day 11 and day 30, returns are eligible for a store credit (Powerlace gift card) only.

  • No returns are accepted after 30 days.


General Return and Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • be in perfect condition

  • have been tried on indoors only

  • show no signs of wear, damage or odor

  • have no product applied (including, but not limited to, cleaners, waterproofing treatments, creams, sprays or any other treatments)

  • be returned in their original shoe box

  • include all original accessories and components

  • be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase


Holiday Period

For purchases made on or after November 15, the return period is extended until January 15, under the same conditions.



Powerlace Warranty Policy

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our shoes and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Powerlace offers a warranty covering manufacturing defects that may affect its products.


Warranty Coverage

The Powerlace warranty covers any defect in materials, workmanship or construction that may occur within six (6) months from the date of purchase.


Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear

  • damage caused by improper use or misuse

  • damage resulting from accidents, impacts or falls

  • damage caused by external factors, including weather conditions


Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at:

You will be asked to provide:

  • a valid proof of purchase

  • clear photos of the reported defect

If the claim is approved, Powerlace will, at its sole discretion, either:

  • repair the product, or

  • provide a replacement pair

Refunds are not offered under the warranty.


Limitation of Liability

Powerlace’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product. Powerlace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.


Policy Updates

Powerlace reserves the right to modify this return, exchange and warranty policy at any time. The version in effect is the one published on this page.
