Return/Exchange
Customer comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. The first exchange is free if the size isn't right, as long as the shoes are in perfect condition, worn indoors only, and within 30 days of purchase. Please note that starting from the second exchange, fees may apply. Please contact us at info@powerlace.com for any exchange requests.
*For orders placed from November 15, our return policy is extended until January 15, under the same conditions.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our shoes and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your shoes, we offer a warranty to cover any manufacturing defects.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise within six months of purchase. This includes defects in materials, workmanship, and construction.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or damage caused by external factors such as accidents or weather conditions.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@powerlace.com. We will ask for proof of purchase and photos of the defect. If the defect is covered by our warranty, we will provide a replacement pair of shoes or a refund.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the shoes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our shoes.
