Our shoes are true to size, comparable to all the other athletic shoes on the market. If you know what your US shoe size is, we recommend you choose the same size you normally get. We offer half sizes from 7.5 to 11.5, but if you are still between sizes, you can choose to size up for a more relaxed fit or size down for a tighter fit.
We are currently only offering men’s sizes from 7 ½ to 13 (7 ½ – 8 – 8 ½ – 9 – 9 ½ – 10 – 10 ½ – 11 – 11 ½ – 12–13). However, we will introduce all sizes as part of our full collection next year, which will include women’s shoes.
Yes, we do! Our wide collection (sizes 8 to 12) is designed for ultimate adjustability. Each pair includes two sets of insoles of different thicknesses, allowing you to customize the internal volume: depending on which insole you use, the shoe adjusts from a 2E to a 4E width. Choose between our breathable textiles or premium 100% Italian Nappa leather.
Yes ! Most orthotics, whether full-length or partial, work perfectly with Powerlace shoes. For the best experience, we recommend testing your orthotics with our shoes at our physical store in Les Promenades St-Bruno, at one of our upcoming events (Find our events here), or at a local retailer. This ensures total comfort and seamless performance of the auto-lacing technology.
Our shoes are designed for all-day comfort without the bulk. Each shoe weighs approximately 400g , offering a perfect balance between robust auto-lacing technology and a lightweight feel.

While it is highly unlikely due to our use of Dyneema, an ultra-resistant fiber that is 15x stronger than steel, we have you covered. This situation will not cause any issue. In order to remove the shoe, the wearer needs to press on the back lever while pulling its foot upwards and outside the shoe simultaneously. Our shoe technology is 100% activated by your body weight, meaning you decide when you remove it or not.

The short answer is yes, but it depends on the model. Our Nappa leather shoes are naturally waterproof and designed to keep your feet dry; however, to maintain their premium quality, we recommend treating the leather twice a year with a protector. We are also excited to announce that we are launching our own Powerlace leather protector, specially formulated for our shoes, very soon!
For our textile models, while they are not fully waterproof, they are definitely water-friendly. Getting them wet in the rain or during a walk won't damage the shoes or the auto-lacing technology, so you can head out with confidence regardless of the weather.
