The posted shipping prices do not include taxes.
At this time, Powerlace products can only be shipped within Canada and the United States, although some restrictions or conditions may apply in certain provinces, regions or territories, including, but not limited to, the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
The default shipping method is economy or standard ground shipping.
Delivery times from the time the order is shipped are not guaranteed and are provided as a guide only and Powerlace makes no commitment as to delivery times.
In the event of a return or exchange request, please refer to the Return Policy.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. In case of error, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Additional shipping fees may be charged. This also applies in the case of unclaimed or refused packages.

Powerlace is not responsible for unclaimed packages and the costs associated with returning merchandise. In addition, the cost of returning an unclaimed order to the post office within the time limit will be the responsibility of the customer.
